My responsibilities have extended to conducting comprehensive training sessions for our dedicated volunteers, ensuring they are well-equipped with the skills necessary to provide confidential and compassionate care.
Working alongside a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, has been a remarkable learning experience. This collaboration has significantly broadened my understanding of mental health issues and therapeutic approaches. It has also allowed me to gain insights into different perspectives and techniques in mental health care, enhancing my ability to support those in need effectively.
